How do I download videos?

Downloading to a Computer

When viewing via a computer, the download options are available underneath the streaming video player on the content's video page.

1. When on the Browse or Product page, click into the video you want to download.
2. Scroll down on the video page.
3. Click the Video Downloads dropdown.
4. Select the video resolution you wish to download from the dropdown.
5. It will save to your computer and you can watch from there, or transfer to other external devices.

NOTE:

Videos within a subscription or rental are not downloadable via the computer. A seller also has the option to disable downloads on their videos. If you do not see a download video button via computer, they are likely disabled.

Downloading to Mobile Devices or Tablets

Here are some other devices you can use to sync the video offline when you are without internet access:

• iOS (iPhone & iPad) - Using the free VHX iOS app, you can login and stream OR sync the video for offline playback on your device. Here is a guide.
• Android - Using the free VHX Android app, you can stream or sync the video offline on your tablet or mobile device.
