When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders received by 12pm PST will ship the same day or next day at the latest.
All in-stock orders received by 5pm PST will ship the next day.
Sometimes certain items are out of stock and considered backordered. In this case the shipment will be held for a few days to allow the backordered item to be stocked. If the backordered item still does not arrive, the original order will be shipped and the backordered item will be shipped separately as soon as it arrives.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation for all USA orders. For international orders standard USPS shipping does not have Delivery Confirmation, however, USPS International Priority or USPS Express International shipping can be purchased for an additional fee and these services DO have International Delivery Confirmation.
Where do you ship to?
We currently process and ship orders to the US, Canada and most other countries worldwide.
How do you calculate shipping & handling costs?
We offer a wide range of reliable shipping options via the U.S. Postal Service. S/H is FREE on all USA orders over $100. If you have any questions about this please contact us directly.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase only if a product is broken or defective. However, we stand by our products and if you really don't like something you've received please feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do to help.
My DVD was broken in the mail or won't play. What should I do?
We stand by our products so if there is a problem with compatibility or damage due to shipping, please contact us right away so we can make it right!
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, you must contact customer support by email or by phone (310) 231-9991. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
